I was pleasantly surprised by how well-made this is, the attention to detail is remarkable. The unboxing experience was lovely, everything was presented beautifully. The strap could be slightly longer for crossbody wear, but it works fine as is. It is a lovely bag, just not quite perfect in the packaging department.
